1. Information We Collect

To create your personalized magazine, we collect specific details:

• Contact Information: Your name, phone number, email address, and physical delivery address in Ghana.
• Editorial Assets: High-resolution photographs, letters, written text, memories, and layouts you upload to complete your order.
• Payment Details: Transaction references and screenshot proofs of Mobile Money (MoMo) transfers. We do not collect or store direct payment credentials or pins.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is strictly used to deliver our custom design services:

• Designing, layout styling, and printing your personalized magazine.
• Communicating design drafts for your revision and approval.
• Managing shipping and hand-delivering your package across Ghana.
• Verifying deposits and final payments via Mobile Money.

3. Asset Retention Policy

We take your memory preservation seriously. Your uploaded photo assets and text are saved securely in our private cloud storage for the duration of the design and review process.

Once your order is marked as delivered and complete, we retain the digital assets for a grace period of 30 days to allow for reprint requests. After this period, files are permanently deleted from our servers, unless you explicitly request a longer archive.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not share your assets or contact details with third parties, except:

• Supabase: For database hosting and secure asset storage.
• Delivery Partners: Local delivery couriers in Ghana for shipping information (name, phone, delivery location).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or immediate deletion of any personal information or custom assets we hold. To make a request, contact our team directly via WhatsApp or email.
